**COVID UPDATE: Please be aware that by purchasing this item, due to being in level 4 lockdown, the dresses cannot start being made until the country goes into level 3. The amount of time until that happens will be added onto the turn around time for you to recieve your item. Thank you for your support and patience, it is hugely appreciated :)

 

Refunds and Returns

Because all our dresses are made-to-order specifically for you we do not offer full refunds but are happy to offer store credit. Our policy lasts up to14 days once the item is received. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Vintage Club, 2425B Kakaramea Road, Whatawhata, Hamilton 3285, New Zealand

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
