All our pieces are currently made-to-order with a turn around time of up to 4 weeks until they can be sent out and delivered to their new homes. Our fabrics are sourced from NZ owned and operated businesses, while the dresses are made with lots of love by hard-working individuals around NZ. Supporting slow fashion means you can trust that the process of creating your piece is done in the best environment and every piece is made specifically for you with a great amount of care and time. Refunds and Returns

Because all our dresses are made-to-order specifically for you we do not offer full refunds but are happy to offer store credit. Our policy lasts up to14 days once the item is received. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Vintage Club, 2425B Kakaramea Road, Whatawhata, Hamilton 3285, New Zealand

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Sizing

Size XS: 6-8

Size S: 10-12

Size M: 12-14

Size L: 14-16

Size XL: 16-18

If you are in between sizes I would recommend sizing down as dresses are very roomy and oversized.  

Care Instructions

Linen

If machine wash, use a delicate or short cycle with lukewarm or cold water. You will extend the life of the fabric if you hand-wash your linen clothing in cold water. Steer clear of harsh laundry detergents when washing linen clothes. Better use a mild detergent for delicate fabrics. Always remember to separate your whites and colors—new linen dyes have a tendency to bleed in the wash.

If you decide to hand wash your linen clothes just put them in a clean sink with cool water and mild detergent. Gently agitate, drain the soapy water, rinse the sink and refill with cool water until the water is soap-free.

Also, do not wring linen to remove excess water as the fibers might stretch a bit and you will get extra wrinkles. It is better to roll each item in a towel to remove moisture.

Air Dry, do not put in machine dryer.

 

Rayon

While washing rayon, use mild detergent and cold water to avoid shrinkage and color damage. Hand-wash is more preferable and recommended but using the gentle cycle you can machine-wash rayon. Do not machine-dry rayon it can harm your cloth. Avoid using hot water as it can harm your cloth.
